General
These terms and conditions apply to all consumers placing an order with reformlab.se. If you are a trader and would like to place an order, please contact us.The contract for purchase is made between you as a customer and RDL AB, Corp. ID No. 559294-7245, (“RDL”).

Customers placing an order with reformlab.se must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided. Reformlab.se reserves the right to check this data. Information about how reformlab.se handles your personaldata can be found in RDL AB's privacy policy. We endeavour to ensure that all information on reformlab.se is up-to-date and correct, but in exceptional cases incorrect information may be given. RDL reserves the right to correct incorrect information about price or availability, misprints in product descriptions or other incorrect information on reformlab.se. All intellectual property rights relating to reformlab.se belong to RDL. Content such as trademarks, images, product names, descriptions, layout, graphics, etc. is protected by copyright law and may not be copied or used without RDL’s written consent.

Contract and ordering
In order to make a purchase on reformlab.se, you must accept these terms and conditions of purchase and confirm that you have read and accepted the information about the processing of personal data. A binding contract of purchase is made when you receive an order confirmation from reformlab.se by email. Please read the order confirmation carefully as it contains important information about your purchase and delivery. If the order confirmation contains incorrect information, please contact us immediately. You should be aware that placing an order with reformlab.se entails an obligation to pay for the goods ordered.

Prices
Prices on reformlab.se include VAT at 25%. When you place your order, the shopping cart will show the total price of the selected items including all charges, VAT and shipping.

Delivery
When you order an item on reformlab.se orders are delivered to the kurbside/property boundary. Unpacking is not included. Once the goods are in our warehouse ready for delivery, our carrier will deliver to you. You will be notified about 30 minutes before delivery, so you know the carrier is on the way. You must be available on the telephone number you give when placing an order and you need to be at home for the day of delivery. When you receive your delivery, you will need to show the carrier valid ID.So that we can deliver your goods on time, it is important that you inform the carrier of any issues that may affect delivery and are relevant to your chosen delivery method, such as a difficult road, a door code, access to a lift, etc.We can deliver as long as there is a passable road or by using the Swedish Transport Administration's ferry services. Any other boat transportation and onward delivery from such transportation must be arranged and paid for by you. Deliveries may be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the goods are loaded onto the vehicle.
If it is not possible to deliver the goods due to you or the cancellation being late, shipping costs will not be refunded. We can agree a new delivery time with you for an additional shipping charge of SEK 595.Delivery charge
The delivery charge for your order is shown in your shopping basket as you place your order and is also shown in the written order confirmation you receive after your order has been placed.

Delivery time
The delivery time for your order will be shown in the order confirmation. All delivery times are approximate and refer to the time between receiving your order and dispatching it from our warehouse. If the delivery time is longer than the time shown in the order confirmation, we will notify you as soon as we are informed of the delay. RDL is not responsible for delays caused by you or a third party and that are beyond our control.

Damage in transit
When you receive a delivery, you should always check the goods for any damage sustained intransit. A note of any damage in transit, such as damage to goods or packaging or a missing package, must be made on the carrier's consignment note and signed by both you and the carrier. You must then report the damage immediately to us.If the damage is only discovered after unpacking, the damage must be reported to RDL within 7days of the day you received the goods.Right of withdrawal
When you buy goods on reformlab.se, the applicable legislation on distance and door-to-door sales gives you the right to change your mind within 14 days. This means that you have the right to return an item without giving a reason. You need to notify us that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of the day you received the goods. The goods must then be returned within a further 14days from the date we received your notice of withdrawal.The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unassembled, unused and undamaged. You must include the original packaging with your return. You must pay the return shipping charge when you exercise your right of withdrawal. To return the product, please contact us for help. A refund will be made in accordance with your chosen refund method once we have received and accepted your return. The refund will consist of the full order amount less return shipping.

Complaints
Under Swedish law, when you buy an item on reformlab.se, you have three years in which to complain about any defects. This means that you can complain about defects in your product that were present at the time of purchase but only become apparent later. However, RDL is not responsible for any defect caused by neglect, accident or similar. If you want to invoke your right to complain about a defective product, you should notify us as soon as the defect becomes apparent. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time period from the date you noticed the defect or should have noticed the defect. Once we have received your complaint, we will assess the product in accordance with the applicable legislation. If, following our assessment, the goods are found to be defective, we will compensate you in accordance with the applicable consumer legislation, but if the goods are found not to be defective, RDL is entitled to reject your complaint. If your complaint is rejected, you are liable for the cost of return shipping.If your complaint is accepted, RDL will pay for return shipping.

Modification of the terms and conditions
RDL reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions on an ongoing basis.Updates to the terms and conditions of purchase are published on reformlab.se and apply to purchases made following the update.

Privacy Policy

Personal Data Processing Policy
This policy applies to the processing (collection, storage, transfer, etc.) of personal data performed within RDL AB, ("RDL"). RDL only processes personal data in accordance with the current personal data legislation to protect privacy. Personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified directly or indirectly, for example, by a username, an identification number, a localization task, online identifiers or one or more factors specific to the physical person's identity.

Responsibility for personal data
RDL is the Data Controller for the processing of personal data that takes place on our behalf and thus answers for the lawfulness and correctness of such processing.

Processing of personal data
We are transparent about how and why personal data is collected and processed. Processing means all treatment of personal data such as collection, storage and use.

In the main, we mainly process the following personal data:
Name, personal identity number, contact details, credit information, payment information and history regarding private customers.
Name and contact details of current business contacts.
Name and contact details of previous business contacts.
Name, personal identity number, image, application documents and contact details for jobseekers.
RDL does not handle sensitive personal data (special categories of personal data).

Collection of personal data
Preferably, we collect personal information directly from the data subject viapersonal meetings, e-mail and telephone contact, or via website and socialmedia.In some cases, wecollect data from a party other than the data subject, for example frompublicly available sources and from third parties in the form of contact listsor data from credit information agencies. When we collect data from a partyother than the data subject, the data subject is informed of the processing assoon as possible and at the latest within one month from the time the data wascollected.

The purposes of the processing
RDL only processesdata for the purpose for which the information was collected according to thefollowing:

Entering into andmaintaining contractual relations
We process personal data in connection with the preparation of contracts(potential customers, suppliers or partners) as well as for the administrationand performance of contractual agreements (current and former customers,suppliers or partners).Personal dataabout customers who are private individuals is processed to comply with ourobligations under the agreement with the data subject, such as the processingof payments, delivery and the handling of complaints and warranty matters.Personal dataabout business contacts is registered in order to maintain a contact list. Theprocessing takes place on the grounds of our legitimate interest in maintainingbusiness relationships and communicating with the data subjects. This is basedon our judgement that this interest outweighs the data subjects’ interests inprotecting their privacy. The personal data will be processed solely for theintended purpose and only for as long as the data subject is a business contactto RDL.Processingpersonal data is necessary to enable us to submit tenders and fulfilcommitments according to contracts.Data on previouscustomers is deleted according to RDL’s procedures.

Recruitment
RDL processes personal data collected in connection with recruitmentprocedures.Personal data maybe processed in computer systems at RDL’s associated companies andorganisations with which we cooperate during the recruitment process. Thepersonal data will be kept by us and our partners for the time necessary,taking into account the time needed to complete the recruitment procedure.During recruitmentprocedures, applicants are given the opportunity to consent to us keeping theirpersonal data for future recruitment needs. The applicant can withdraw suchconsent at any time. When the data subject no longer consents to the processingof personal data by RDL for future recruitment procedures, the data is deleted.

Marketing
RDL processes e-mail addresses to conduct direct marketing of the company'sproducts. The data is processed on the grounds of our legitimate interest inmaintaining a contact list, maintaining business contacts and communicatingwith the data subject in the role of a business contact. We deem that theselegitimate interests outweigh the data subject’s interest in the data not beingprocessed.

Development andimprovement of RDL’s products
We process correspondence and feedback regarding the company's products,purchases and user generated data, such as click and visit history, technicaldata concerning the devices used as well as information about the interactionwith RDL, such as information on how long pages were visited and how pages werereached. The data is processed on the grounds of our legitimate interest indeveloping and improving the company's products and systems as well as forstatistical purposes and quality work. This is based on our judgement that thisinterest outweighs the data subject’s interest in the data not being processed.

Deletion of personal data
Personal data is not stored for any longer than necessary to fulfil the purposeof the processing. We regularly delete personal data when it is no longerrelevant for the purposes for which it was collected. As a starting point, thismeans that personal data is only kept until all transactions between RDL andthe data subject are finally settled.

Handover of personal data
We may share personal data with our Personal Data Processors. Our Personal DataProcessors process personal data on behalf of RDL and according to ourinstructions. We have Personal Data Processors who manage the transport anddelivery, marketing and IT services.We may share personaldata with suppliers and resellers for administrative purposes regardingcustomers and contact persons and for the direct marketing of RDL’s products. RDL never sellsany personal data to another party for direct marketing purposes or similar. Otherwise, we will only provide information if mandatory law so requires or ifthe data subject has consented thereto.

Rights
The data subject has the right, in accordance with the applicable dataprotection legislation, to ask for a register extract containing informationabout the personal data concerning the individual that is processed by RDL. Therequest under this paragraph must be made in writing and be signed by theindividual in person to prevent unauthorised access to personal data.In addition, thedata subject has the right, at any time, to request that we correct, block ordelete the data subject’s personal data. If RDL is required by law to continuestoring the personal data, the data can only be blocked.
The data subject has the right to unsubscribe at any time whatsoever from ournewsletter or mailing of direct marketing. This can be done by a link in themailing or by contacting our customer service. In this case, RDL will stopprocessing the data subject's personal data for this purpose.

Information security and measures
RDL takes the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure thatprocessing takes place in accordance with the applicable personal datalegislation, this policy and to ensure the personal data is not lost or becomesavailable to unauthorised parties.
